I'm back at the airport, awaiting the start of loading (delayed one hour). I think about my stay in Seattle but also in New York. I'll do a review once returned.
My (preliminary) in Seattle last day went well, it was sunny (yet). I woke up too late for breakfast but the hostel I went to Pike Place Market to take a cheese sandwich, tomato and basil toasts (cheese has been manufactured by craftsmen). Then I wanted to go into a shop that I found after abandoning the search for later in the day. Finally, real mummies exhibited in the shop at first, it was not worth the trip. Like what, you can not rely on the Internet.
In early afternoon, I attended a " Underground tour, a tour in the basement of Seattle (Pioneer Square more accurately). That was pretty fast, 1 hour 30 minutes including 20 minutes of introductory explanation about the birth of the city of Seattle. As an anecdote, know that basements were not originally, they were the normal level. It was interesting and funny. The guide was deliberately critical and sarcastic. I recommend it.
Seeking my way (actually not really, I had just realized that I missed the street where he had to turn), an American approached me and asked me if I needed help in ... Japanese. It was nice of him!
I then walked along the waterfront in Seattle (that's how I came across the store) to return to the hostel. I made a quick stop at the Chocolate Factory, the window showing all caramelized apples (m & m's, pecan, chocolate, etc.), I took the pecans. It was good too.
I rested at the inn, I also looked the first episode of season two of Glee (interspersed with advertisements, the same every 15 minutes) on the Internet. By early evening, I joined the two "K" for a Franco-American last night. We ate fried chicken, was good for once. (^ U ^)
gourmet Review of the week in Seattle: I had my dose of sugar and fat for the year.
