Miso katsu-don

Also on the occasion of the arrival of the girlfriend, I ate again a specialty of Nagoya: miso katsu. But this time, it was a donburi: tonkatsu slices were arranged on a bowl of rice with shredded cabbage, and a net of negi sweet miso sauce and a poached egg. Once the egg mixed with rice is delicious! (* O *)!
